Over the years, I've expanded my repertoire to include GFX Design and Cinematography, skills I've been honing professionally for the past seven years. Each project, from photoshoots to films, is executed with utmost dedication, reflecting my passion for capturing and creating lasting memories through art.

Terms and Conditions for Gianni Media 2024

Booking and Deposits

  • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to ensure the reservation of your time, date, and slot. No exceptions will be made, and all retainers are non-refundable.

Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for creating a vision and/or mood board prior to the shoot. This collage of inspiration should serve as a reference point before and during your photoshoot. Failure to provide this mood board is not the responsibility of the photographer and will be reflected in the quality and content of your photos.

Fees and Penalties

  • A late fee of $25.00 is strictly enforced.
  • Travel fees will be applied based on the distance to the location of the shoot.
  • Additional retouched images are available for purchase at $20 each.
  • Cropped and color-corrected images can be purchased for $5 each.
  • A 30-second reel can be purchased for a minimum of $35.

Turnaround Time

  • The turnaround time for photos and/or content, after selection, is 5-7 business days.

Usage Rights

  • Raw images are not included in any package and remain the property of Gianni Lens | Gianni Media.
  • You are not licensed to use any images for marketing purposes (e.g., flyers, merchandise, covers, YouTube content, Fans Only, or any monetary gain) just because you paid for a shoot. All rights are reserved to Gianni Lens | Gianni Media.
  • Licenses for extended use can be purchased through Gianni Media.

2024 Payment Policy

Please note that no refunds will be given under any circumstances. All deposits and payments are utilized to secure equipment and venue rentals necessary for scheduling your appointments. By making a payment, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that all funds are non-refundable.
